How to flash full unlocked firmware without linux Nokia Lumia 800/710

Since windows phone like nokia lumia series need linux for unlocking.Here is the steps you can unlock your lumia 800 without Linux ubuntu.

1. Install VMwareMOD EDIT Google it

2. Download firmware from this topic: for Lumia 800 , for Lumia 710

3. Download UbuntuMOD EDIT Google it.

4. Start WMvare, than choose Create A new virtual machine.

5. If it asks lock CD-ROM, say YES.

6. Go to VM>Settings>Options>Guest Isolation mark VMCI, click OK

7. Copy os-new.nb to Ubuntu's home folder.

Turn off your Lumia, hold pushed VOL + and POWER, plug into your USB, you will feel a short vibration. If Windows asks format USB drive, SAY NO OR IT WILL EXPLODE!

9. In status bar find icon "Quallcomm CDMA Technologies MSM", right click and choose Connect.

10. In left side click Dash, write "disk utility". Than Open Disk Utility.

11. In the left column, go to Quallcom MMC Storage, remember what letter your phone's drive.

It takes 15-20 mins. Do not be nervous.

At the end you will see something, like this:

12. Open terminal (Ctrl+Alt+T)

13. Make Full backup:

sudo dd if=/dev/sdX of=~/fulldump

Where X is drive detected by your Ubuntu!

If Ubuntu asks password, you must enter.

It takes 30-35 mins

14. Get your activation code.

15. Flash your Lumia:

sudo dd if=~/os-new.nb of=/dev/sdX9

It takes 15-20 mins. Do not be nervous.

At the end you will see something, like this:

16. Then take out and isert battery( Lumia 710). Hold the power button about 10 seconds (Lumia 800). 

17. Turn on your Lumia. 

18. Enjoy!
